There is a $ 45 fee or forfeiture of one pre-paid treatment for any No Show or Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time.

You must give 24-hour notice of your original appointment time to avoid any charges.

We will move your deposit with your appointment up to two times before it is forfeited.

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment – we will have to reschedule and you will be charged the $ 45 fee.

A $ 45 fee will be placed for all returned checks in addition to deposits and/or services.

There are no exceptions. We do pay a technician for your time and reserved a room for that time period. This is our only control factor to maintain our low and affordable prices.

Deposits and Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable and have no cash value.

If an office relocates, there are no refunds; treatments must be continued at any of our other existing locations.
